VISIONLUX ONLINE STORE SHOPPING POLICY The policy on this page applied only to Orders, Payments, Shipping, Returns (Replacement or Refund) that are sold and shipped by this website, store.visionlux.co . This is not applicable to any orders, payment, shipping, and returns that are purchased from stores that are operated by Visionlux authorized distributor and authorized resellers.

1.0 ORDERS

1.1. You may order directly from our website.

1.2. You may use our Facebook Live Chat to chat with our customer service team from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6.00 pm except public holiday, or to fill out Enquiry form if you have any enquiry before order.

1.3. We cannot complete your order until you have completed your payment.

1.4. You will receive a confirmation email once your order confirmed with full payment made. Be advised to check on your email inbox or spam box for order  status update from our team.

1.5. Visionlux may at sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity if deem fit. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason  and we will not be held liable for such circumstances.

1.6. We will not be able to process your order if the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued; or when there is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.

1.7. We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed and submit payment with us. You will be responsible to ensure the  information provided to us is correct. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point which you  submit your order by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button on the "Payment details" page. 4.0 PAYMENTS

4.1 We accept only online payment transaction through Paypal (payment gateway).

4.2 We shall not be held liable for any credit card or other payment fraud causes by Paypal. To provide secure online commerce transactions, Paypal will in charge of the security of your credit card.

4.3 All product prices listed are in United States Dollar (USD).

5.0 PRICE

5.1 The price of products will be as quoted on the website from time to time.

5.2 Images of the Products are for illustration purposes only.

5.3 These prices may exclude local taxes and other applicable charges. Price included the delivery costs for lighting and controller only but excluded the            delivery costs for accessories item. (Accessories in this policy mean cable, bracket, diffuser and polarizer.

5.4 The website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product's correct price is different from the price stated on the website, we will contact you for confirmation to proceed with the corrected amount before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

6.0DELIVERY

6.1 We process your order made during the business day. Order placed on the weekend or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6.2 If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment and information, your order processing will be delayed.

6.3 Orders “with stock” listed may take 3 working days to ship. Orders with “out of stock” item(s) may take an additional 10 working days to ship.

6.4 We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated to you but we do not guarantee order to be delivered as indicated. All delivery period is as estimated only. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

6.5 Your order will be delivered to you via the courier service company appointed by us unless there is mutual agreement by both parties to use specific courier services. Delivery fees is included in the price stated.

6.6 We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery address indicated. We do delivery worldwide but please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

6.7 You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. All risks in the product shall pass to you after the products successfully delivered to you.

7.0 CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Refund will be process when Visionlux courier services unable to reach your country or accept your order as stated in 1.5.

8.0 REPLACEMENT

    8.1 All replacement must meet the warranty guidelines in order to claim for the replacement. Please refer to our warranty guideline.

    8.2 All lightings that purchased from Visionlux must be registered online. 

    8.3 All replacement request must start with an online Product Registration within the first 3 months after receiving your order as stated in the warranty policy. If replacement needed, you need to submit a replacement request through our Warranty Claim page.

9.0 RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact our Customer Service via Facebook Live Chat, Call, or fill out the enquiry form available at our website “Contact Us” page. Our Customer Service will provide solution to ratify the unintended error. You may be requested to provide some pictures to show the incorrect item we have shipped you, which should show the product tag, DMC code. We ask for your kind understanding and patient.

10.0 ORDER WITH MISSING ITEMS OR PARTS

11.0 LIABILITY

Always read labels, warnings, directions, and other information provided with the product before using the product. For additional information about a product, please contact us. You must follow the advice and instruction given to keep the products we supply to you safe (including any instructions, product manuals, datasheet and warranty policy provided with the products at the online & offline platform such as website, SMS, email and printed materials). We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow this advice. We accept no liability for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages of any nature, any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under law, be excluded.
